How to regain access to your account

Can't log in - Invalid Password

If you can't log in and commonly get a message stating your password is invalid, try resetting your password. You will need to input the email address you used to sign up for your account, and you will need to access that email inbox to reset your password.

Support can not help recover your account if you are unable to access the email inbox you used when signing up for the account.

Can't log in - Not receiving Toonstep email

With toonstep enabled, logins from new IP addresses will need to be approved by you before they're able to log in. For more on Toonstep, see What is Toonstep.

If you don't immediately get see the Toonstep verification email in your inbox, try the following:

  • check your email's junk or spam folders

  • search for emails from noreply@corporateclash.net

  • wait a few hours, then try again (we will only re-send verification emails every few hours)

Support can not help with disabling toonstep under any circumstances.
